The Birdhouse was an amazing property to stay at. I was here for over a month and it was everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was exactly as described. Luna and Wally (dogs) made being away from my fur babies easier too! I was worried that I’d be interfering with the property owners too much because there were multiple feelings on one property but it was no problem at all! It felt like I was alone on the property but Toby was quick and responsive with any help I needed. The loft was easy to maneuver up to as well. More of a bear crawl up the ladder for me but it was second nature after the first few nights. I highly recommend The Birdhouse!!

This is a sweet little house; really nice for a family with kids. Fenced yard, room to play, can walk to the river or even to the trampoline place. The family dogs are friendly and beautiful and Toby went out of her way to be helpful. You go through 1 bedroom to get to the master bedroom, so probably best as a family stay. The kitchen is still a little understocked on dishes and such, but it is a new listing. You come through a security gate to get to the house, so it feels safe and private, surrounded by trees and greenery. I would stay here again the next I'm in Eugene.

The Blue Animal House is such a quaint and cozy space. The home was very clean with lots of of natural light coming in through the windows and sliding glass doors. The closed in porch with comfortable furniture made for a great quiet morning with coffee before the little one woke for the day. As the property is enclosed within the owner’s gated property, it feels very safe and secure. We didn’t bring our fur baby this time, but the fenced in yard would have been perfect for him. In short, I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, tiny home on a private property! Felt very secure and relaxing- the gate added an extra level of security and the property was beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 big puppies that greet you when you arrive. The listing was as described and we had everything we needed. Toby was very helpful and communicative. We loved our visit and would love to stay here again

We had a great stay at Toby’s. Perfect space for two people. Was welcomed to the property by chickens, nice surprise. The dogs on the property are also so sweet and really add a homey vibe to the experience. Toby was very attentive and responded to anything I needed very quickly! If I ever come back to Eugene, I’ll have to book again. Thank you!

I enjoyed my time at this charming tiny home. It felt safe, private and just what I needed. Toby was easy to communicate with and and provided clear instructions for checking out. I would stay here again. The stairs are definitely for the spry!

We stayed at the house for UO graduation. It was a great home base for our family and centrally located yet private. The surroundings are bucolic. We had a family of turkeys pay us a visit the last morning! Hosts went above and beyond.

Exactly as described, but with the bonus that the walk along the river right behind the house is even more delightful than expected. The wonderful trail running in either direction from behind the house makes for a very special run.

Safe, private, and beautiful location! I highly recommend this cozy little home if you prioritize an extremely clean and secure-feeling space. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! So much amazing yard and privacy. Plus the access to the river and the waking/biking paths. We were in town for graduation and this was the perfect place for our family!
